Local botany experts Karen Vail and Mary O'Brien will be teaching about the locally foraged plants showcased on our menu.
Special Educational Event:
5:00 - 5:30 PM
Come early for our special, first-come first-serve educational event! This year, our Wild Edible Feast will feature mountain lion on the menu. Early arrivals will have the chance to hear a special educational presentation from a Colorado Parks and Wildlife staff member about the conservation science behind big cat hunting. This presentation will shed light on sustainable practices and hunting as a method of ecosystem preservation. Space is limited.
Forage for Your Feast
Take advantage of this one-time opportunity to learn from local experts Karen Vail and Mary O’Brien about edible and medicinal plant identification and ethical foraging practices. This is a one-time event with limited space. Location and date TBD, likely the week of May 20th.
